We use a word "leader" so often: we leaders, we bring up leaders, we prepare leaders, we write books about leaders, we hold seminars and conferences for leaders. We is direct in the leadership centre! But whether we thought actually, what means to be the leader?
Whence abilities or talents of leadership undertake ability? At whom they are? At whom they are not present? At whom they can be? At whom they cannot be? Whether are born leaders?

It is a lot of years there was a person who worked on the railway, hammering in crutches in cross ties at a lining of tracks back. After some minutes it (he) has jumped out of the car (machine) and has returned to work, took the heavy hammer and continued to work over rails. Its (His) partner has asked: "It was the chief of all railway?"
Bill has answered: "Yes, it is final".
"Whence you know it (him)?" — the person tried to find out. Bill has answered: "Twenty five years ago we have come to one day to start to work for this company".
"Wait minute, — the man has interrupted. —" You still hammer in crutches a heavy hammer, and it (he) goes by the magnificent car (machine). How it so? "
